Finally taking that next step and actually learning some more knitting stuff besides basic knit stitch. I did a cable sampler today that turned out quite well, so I'm proud of myself. Cables look so fancy and complicated but really couldn't be simpler, so you can just fool everyone into thinking you're lots more talented than you actually are.

could you just have a bobble on the end of a piece of yarn so that it is a little ball? Or is that just called a little ball and something completely different?
