Oh, and now ya got me singing god rest ye merry gentleman. We used to sing that every year at my school's christmas program. One of the teachers there, she drilled us in the proper way to pronounce "comfort". She would say, there's no such thing as a "fert" it's comFORT and joy, not comFERT.
