In 1995 in my hometown, two women were violently attacked and murdered. Their bodies were tossed in the bed of a pickup owned by one of the women, driven out to the woods and dumped. Both women were in their 50s, active members of their church and community, and were outspoken in their support of the less fortunate. Their only crime? They were gay

Thats just so terrible.. I had a friend who's sister was attacked because she was a lesbian and ended up in the hospital for a month because of what they did to her. I'm sorry to hear about it in your hometown. May I be your friend? :)
