Here's a very rough video of my two babies. Please note they are both way out of practice and Tunny is under the weather! I wasn't going to have her do anything but she was dyeing to show up her sister :)

P.S. Peapod is a house rabbit and does interact with my dog regularly.

Hi. i saw your 'angora' entry on Craftgrrl and was intrigued. And now I'm in awe of your clever trained bunny! I've added you as a friend - hope that's ok. :)

O.O

You know, I had no idea you could train a rabbit to do tricks. I guess there's no reason why you COULDN'T but.....I have to admit, I've never heard of anyone actually DOING this.

My hat's off to you. Well done! (Also, the Chi's pretty damn cute too.)

To be quite frank... anonymous October 19 2010, 02:03:38 UTC
Understanding the theories of learning and conditioning is the first step to understanding that ANY animal of ANY species can be trained without a lick of positive punishment. The list of animals I have trained positively is verrrrry long (and ranges from tropical fish to baboons and everything in between).

Perhaps, if it is surprising to you that individuals train rabbits then it may behoove you to re-visit learning theory.
