Lyra and Simon - I've been going on a lot about Lyra and her degrees of trust in this meme, so I'll start by saying Simon's openness with her about River's abilities and their history made him first person at camp Lyra really decided she could trust. She went back on that briefly and had her doubts after Coraline went to the barrier and she suddenly found out that it had killed River before and he'd never told her, but then he helped Coraline and she realized he must be trustworthy after all.
She gets annoyed with him sometimes when he won't let her do things like learn to use her shotgun or stay in the hospital room when he's operating, but in her mind she knows he really is just trying to protect her.
Hanatarou and Kisa - Hana, of course, sees a lot of himself in Kisa, and also considers her a good friend. She's shared enough with him for him to know that there's still a lot she's hiding, so he's a little concerned for her and hopes she knows she can tell him anything if she really would like to.
Lyra and River - Lyra's still sort of in awe about River for her psychic powers and is eternally grateful to her for the reassurance that Will was okay (I don't think I ever mentioned this anywhere, but the alethiometer doesn't work in camp). She also learned from Simon that River's an assassin, and because Lyra's a strange kid like that sometimes, she finds this comforting. She feels safe being in the same cabin as someone who could kill intruders.
But she also knows about how River became that way and hates the idea too much to consider asking to take advantage of her powers again. She'll accept things if River tells them to her, but she refuses to ask her any more questions.
Lyra and Kaylee - Only met her briefly when Kaylee was in Simon's body, and thinks she's nice and that's about the extent of it so far. But she'll love her when they get to know each other better, especially after she finds out Kaylee's a mechanic. :D Ooh, technology.
