That reminds me a lot of when I'm about to go to sleep. I'll get a big issue or something I have to deal with or something I want to change stuck in my head. Immediately I say to myself "I'm going to fucking bed for fuck sake, like I can do anything about it right now." and I let it pass over me. Worrying about stuff seems ultimately pointless. If there's something you can change then change it when the time is right. If you can't ever change it or the time is wrong to do so then flush the worries down the mental terlet.
yeah going to bed is like prime time for my worry center
i've found i'm not very good at the flushing ... so at least for sleep purposes i read interesting novels before bed and the story does the flushing for me :)
