Instead of being disappointed with low comment-flow on my writing posts, I have decided to ask, "What do you want to see more of in my journal?"

You're the audience, throw me a bone.

I want to know about your actual life.

My immediate response is that we need to see more of each other;>

Though past that point, my reasons for avoiding factual posts are as follows:

1) I am disgusted by my own bitching, and while this is not to say that there aren't a million wonderful things going on in my life at any given moment, I'm in a place of ultimate dissatisfaction in my life right now, and can't force anyone to listen to the pitfalls and pipe dreams. They annoy me for god's sake.

2) People too readily misinterpret me, seemingly intentionally... And boy do I like avoiding the drama... and man do I refuse to defend myself...

While I'll make some concessions here, for the benefit of those interested in my ambling existence, you can see the origins of my aversion.

and how's the lady?

more artist narrative, like where it comes from, if its part of something, give an outline of where it is in the grander scheme, what inspired it.

is there a feeling you were hoping to evoke, or capture, or shape.

I honestly sometimes feel like ive been dropped into a rabbithole with strange words on the walls no key or guide or map to tell me where it begins and where it ends, so as i duck from warren to warren i feel like i am probably not reading the story that was written, i'm merely reading my own dream fragments pieced together by strange reflected words.

Funny, you just reminded me that I haven't put the labels and prices on my shit at the press club, yet...

A good point in more ways than you anticipated, it would seem.

I love the writing posts, yet I do have to agree with both comments made thus far.
Please know, though, that I always read your stuff, even if I don't always give feedback - or know what the hell you're talking about. ;)

I find I can give more constructive criticism about your story exerpts or scenes than your poetry (though I do enjoy reading both). However, a sentence or two to sort of set the scene in laymen's terms and therefore give perspective might be helpful.

Oh, and I am a fan of the exquisite corpses. :D

i second killbox's comment.

also, i'd like to see longer pieces, finished works, chapters, etc. Even if they have to be put behind a cut or link, i'd like something i could theoretically print off and scribble all over and then hand back to you.
