I think there's no harm in like....maybe posting that, "Hey, I have these fics. If you're interested, they're over here." And leave it at that. Some people, I think, will enjoy them -- ESPECIALLY the Rictor/Shatterstar/Northstar one.I loved that the whole thing of them BOTH wanting Rictor and doing it for him. This one also seems like a good one to share, though the Daken one might be a bit too dark for some. And while a handful of people might not care for them, if my poll from the other day was any indiction, I think the overall response would be positive.

I definitely enjoyed the fic. One thing I've really loved about both this and the one with Northstar is that while there's jealousy at first, it all works out wonderfully in the end. And there's the sense of everyone genuinely enjoying themselves, and having casual, exciting sex that ultimately ends with little romantic moments between Rictor and Shatterstar.
And I've said it before, but I really enjoy the exhibitionist angle of things. Also, the idea of Rictor feeling like he's unattractive, ESPECIALLY compared to Shatterstar, and yet being the one that really makes everyone's motor rev when it comes down to it.

You just summed up everything I was trying to do with this and the Northstar piece. :D I feel awesome.
Also, the idea of Rictor feeling like he's unattractive, ESPECIALLY compared to Shatterstar, and yet being the one that really makes everyone's motor rev when it comes down to it.
I think pretty much everyone feels unattractive in comparison to their partner, but Rictor's then got massive issues with himself and it's Shatterstar. He's preternaturally attractive. Grown in a tube to be gorgeous kind of attractive. But I think it's likely that while Shatterstar is running around the candy store of human sexuality, he has a connection with Rictor and I know that a connection like that makes your partner sexier than anyone in the world. And then, well, Northstar has expressed time and time again that he's into average, normal guys who are sweet and make him laugh--which is kind of Rictor to a T
