TOS: City on the Edge of Forever. Yes, it's the one everyone picks. Super unoriginal choice. But it really is just that great. It's got everything. It's got a little bit of every single thing that makes Star Trek so wonderful.

TOS Amok Time - This was sex education class for me! Out of control sexual Spock? Oh, the possibilities.
TOS The Empath. Made a big impression on me. First of all I was watching the first set of late night reruns (Maybe,1971?) when I noticed the episode was unfamiliar to me. I nearly freaked out when I realized I had never seen it! And the whole idea of a silent empathetic being just captured me! With an added bonus of Spock/McCoy Hurt/Comfort.
