More Triathlon Information

Just finished my first Olympic distance triathlon. It was a 1.5k swim, 40k bike, and a 10k run. I traveled to Alabama with the ucf team and competed in collegiate nationals. I raced hard and finished in 2:36:00.

I have a 70.3 half ironman at the end of may. I need to keep training.
