It's really nice looking. I pray that my parents get me one of these as a going-away present.

I've bought myself an ibook a while ago.
I can't begin to tell you how much I hate it =(
they look wonderful, but I just can't get the hang of it, after being used to a PC.

I was raised on a Mac so I can't use a PC. I hate PCs soooo much.

i'd only recommend a mac if you use it for graphic design/video editing/music editing work. i'd stick with a pc for more general stuff...

They are quite pretty. I would wait to see what problems it has before purchasing one though... will be getting an ibook sometime in the near future. but I would have to say that in terms of word processing etc. I prefer PCs, but, like your fried just said, macs are good for stuff like graphics, video and music editing...
