Japan 3/10 THE DECADE

Mar 20, 2012 01:39

Hey everyone! I just came back from Tokyo this morning and I thought I'd finally get around to making trip/live reports this time since I just end up telling the same story a million times anyways~ : )

So, without further ado, here is what I've been up to the last 10 days:

THE DECADE )

tokyo, japan, report, gazette, live

*A*
From all the reports I've read, the DECADE sounds like it was such an amazing, moving experience. I can't even begin to describe how excited and happy and just 'asdfhjhg' I am for you and everyone else who got to experience it live :D Even though I had no way to attend, I could still feel the energy of it everywhere, even as it was happening in a completely different time zone, and I agree so hard with you how this band has something special (and it's not just our bias talking here).

Thank you so, so much for writing up this report - it was wonderful to read and I enjoyed the personal touches you gave it :D (it made me flail all over again XD) ♥

asjskfsdl I was so happy when I got this comment in my inbox this morning~ <3

I was worried that it sounded like it dragged on and would be boring, so I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I think it's truly amazing how Gazette brings together people from all over the world, even people who couldn't be there. I swear it's not just our bias, haha~ Other people who don't even like the Gazette still see that quality in them.

Are you planning on going to see a Gazette live anytime soon? : ) (I'm addicted at this point~)

Nope, not boring at all! I was flailing along as I read, haha~ ♥

Ahh, I wish I could, but university is pretty much all I can afford right now (money-wise and time-wise) ^^;
But one of these days, I'll be breaking my spine during Filth/etc right alongside you guys :D

Dude, seriously, we couldn't even move in that crowd! You didn't have a choice of whether or not you wanted to headbang, because the crowd literally moved you XDD

Ah yeah, university costs are insane out there in NYC. (I hope that's where you're located and my memory isn't failing me, haha~)

I'm lucky because when I transferred, I got a scholarship to a private school really close to home that makes it the same cost as public school, and it lets me live at home, so that takes a lot of the cost off x_x;

What major are you, if you don't mind me asking~?

I am so happy for you that you were able to experience this, it sounds beyond amazing!
Thank you so much for the play-by-play!(・з・)
Any plans to return to Japan in the near future?
xoxo

I'm glad you liked it! <3

I wish everyone else got to go as well :<

Definitely! I'm planning on going back in the summer for Heterodoxy, since I'm dying to hear them play some songs from Stacked Rubbish and DIM and then waiting to see what they're going to do for a tour final for Division part 01 or the part 02 tour (which hasn't been announced yet)~

How about you, do you ever go to Japan? : )

Oh, awesome! I go back and forth for work as well, and now for Gazette, so you should definitely go if you're there in July~ I don't know if you're Heresy or not, but if you should need a ticket for Heterodoxy, I can get one more since I'm GFC and we get up to 2 tickets that are always excellent. Let me know if you'd like one!

And now I am so freaking jealous it is not even funny anymore!

Seriously, it sounds so awesome, I don't even... Muh. Wakaremichi.. just wow *speechless*

And thank you so much for describing their final mc... made me laugh and remember how much I love their different personalities <3

Uhm. And my apologies for the random moment to just drop in. I was just checking out Kali's friends xD *creeper*

Ah, I'm glad you enjoyed my live report~ : ) Hopefully you'll be able to see the Heterodoxy show this summer at Zepp Namba, then! (I'll be seeing them in Tokyo on the last dates).

No worries, Kali's awesome so it's all good, haha~

I won't be able to see them at all D: No membership = no fanclub tour concert for me, and exams back in Europe = have to return before their regular tour.

Just FML.

But! I will look forward to a report on the Tokyo concerts? :D

If you really want to go, there are 2 tickets up on yahoo auctions Japan for 10,000yen (not too bad considering the regular price was 6,800) for the Namba show : )

Also, next time you should have just asked on the Gazette LJ community! There are always fanclub members (myself included) who are more than happy to purchase you a ticket if they have slots available.
