First of all, lol I'm sorry I fail so hardcore at Christmas cards. I had them all done right after Thanksgiving and they sat by the door to be mailed out. Alexis is getting so big!

And wow, drunken sewing XD;;. That did turn out well for being drunk and last minute. Looks like a fun party!

And lol, in the interests of not sounding like a crafty alcoholic, I don't make a habit out of it. Saturday was just a really retarded day and I accidentally put too much rum in my sprite and then my sister randomly came over and was all, "oh hey, drink this wine with me!" It seemed terribly reasonable at the time, and I guess at least I managed not to sew my fingers together.

It always seems reasonable until you fall on the floor. Then it's just funny. *L* You guys look really cute and like you had a good time. And Alexis is huge! I've obviously not been paying attention because the last pic I remember of her was as a very small toddler.

XD well you just can't see the places where I didn't sew the gathers quite right or you know... the piece of fabric I melted through because I was trying to drunkenly iron interfacing onto the bodice. What cracks me up though, is that I was so focused on not screwing up while being drunk that I think I did a better job than I do when I'm normally doing that stuff :FFF

Also yes, that is most definitely the costume you sent. Alexis is totally in love with it.

Wow, it's as though Alexis was a baby just yesterday! She's turning out to be a pretty young lady. ;)
