Learning Inuktitut?

Are the best resources for learning ᐃᓄᒃᑎᑐᑦ the publications by Nunavut Arctic College? I wish I could borrow these somehow without having to buy them. I live in Toronto.

Also, have you seen the documentary Qallunaat which makes fun of white people from the Inuit perspective?

You can learn a few lessons off this website: http://tusaalanga.ca/

There's also Conversation Inuit from Dolores Ortiz. Although the manual is in French/Inuktitut (Nunavik dialect), it is an excellent learning method. I heard of a guy in Switzerland that was able to write letters in Inuktitut after using this book. It comes with a tape for pronunciation, and the dialect is not very different from South Baffin in Nunavut.

Hope this helps.
