(well, in whatever timezone it was in) The Titanic slipped beneath the waves.

(I have a 500 page visual dictionary of the Titanic, a super-mega special edition Titanic DVD, and know enough about the Titanic to probably go toe-to-toe with James Cameron. Of course I was gonna post something about it)

Quite fascinating it's been 100 years since the Titanic sank. D: And heh, funny you should mention James Cameron as today I thought ABC is going to air his version of the movie, but nope instead it's a mini series. XD

James Cameron is actually one of the leading Titanic scholars. He said he made the movie so he had an excuse to dive on the wreck. James Cameron has actually been on the Titanic for more hours than its actual passengers were.

He may be a douche, but he is a respected douche in Titanicology. Yes I made that word up.

Everybody has been talking about it lately. Impressive that it's still as fascinating 100 years later.
