Least fave: 06: What mainly hurts this icon is that the aspect ratio is off. Kikyou's face looks squished. The inside red border also doesn't add to the icon. The red flowers would have been enough red.
Fav: 04: I really love the creative way that color was used to make Rin stand out. The colors are refreshing and bright.
Least Favorite: 6 Feedback: Kikyou's face looks stretched. The dark red border hides in the shadow portions of the icon, making it distracting more than decorative.
Other comments: 2: The blue tint gives the icon a somewhat flat look. Highlighting only certain parts in blue and leaving the rest in b&w might give it more dimension. 8: I love the use of green in this icon.
6 - The image appears to be warped a little and not very clear; the face especially seems stretched out a little oddly. Adjusting that and maybe not having the red border going through the face and hand would likely help.

6 - Kikyo's face looks distorted in this icon. Perhaps when you where scaling down your image you did not preserve the original height to width ratio?
Positive:
4 - I love the cropping and the creative choice of character/color!
