Lol, sometimes I think that I smell something of about food, and I wonder "Does it really smell funny, or is my mind tricking me to make me think it smells funny cause it -might- be spoiled... When really it smells fine?"

yes! That happens to me too! Way more frequently than I would like! Sometimes it is blatantly that I don't want to have to deal with cooking it so I pass it off to Matt with a " ewww this smells funny, I don't want it - if you want it - you cook it!" LOL other times it is something I am weary about anyway so I think my paranoia makes it worse! (I still get scared when cooking mussels/ oysters/ most seafood)

This happens EVERY YEAR with Easter eggs, we LOVE to dye them so I buy 3 dozen... how, HOW?! can 2 people reasonably eat 3 dozen hard boiled eggs before the question of.. OMG it is a month past Easter... can we still eat these?

rainbow colored sulfur barfing is something I vehemently try to avoid!
