One of the most interesting roleplayers I've ever known was a pastor's kid. She got very into it, too, at times, even so far as to be the GM in a later story.

Speaking of Roleplaying, I'm running an Exalted game right now. I've never had so much fun GMing as I'm having now. If you haven't already, look into Exalted sometime. The 2nd Ed. rules are coming out very soon.

H'indeed, it's funny how that works out sometimes, considering how Dungeons and Dragons was demonized by a lot of religious groups in the 80's.

I've heard of Exalted, and I know others who have played it. Basically everyone who talks about it loves it. I'll see if I can leech a book off of anyone I know.

And being GM is such a wonderful experience. My only problem is that I'm lazy, so the planning isn't always the best. However the most wonderful situations are when characters do something you don't expect them to, or that you think just isn't possible.
