I am fairly certain that I am in a zone right now. It feels warm and fuzzy. It may just be that the sun is out, and that always makes me happier. It may be that my vacation is getting closer with each hour and every minute. It's even possible that the B-complex vitamins are giving me a false high right now. I'm not sure if I even care. I am hopeful

I see you have a different definition of lawful good than I do. I imagine someone lawful good as the type of person who would, say, devote themselves to community service. At like, a zoo, or something. A lawful good person might, for example, be involved in committees where they organize people to do good deeds.

A paladin, eternally devoted to defending the weak and helpless, might do something like, oh, I don't know, work on ways to protect endangered species and scarce natural resources. Or spend their time teaching others the skills they need to defend those helpless animals and scarce natural resources.

As for the exercise/diet/fitness bit - it's hard. Expect to run into days when you can't do it. The trick is to keep trying. You can do it, if you just devote the same effort to exercise that you devote to duct-taping people to the ceiling.

Anyway, glad to hear you're feeling better, kicking ass, and taking names. Keep up the good work, I'm sure your superiors on Mount Celestia are taking notes. ;)
