My grandpa was from Germany, I like Germany, I know a little German but would like to know more, they prefer to know American English (especially in the business-world), nicely located for further European travel. Lots-o-reasons :)

I'm SO visiting you in Germany...we need to track down that sexy soccer player after all. I'll probably visit around Cha-naw-kuh-haw! since I get that week off of work, don't know when it lands on next year (or this year), though.

so i take it this is a safer forum for a critique of your job? I had a phone interview already and now I just have to come in and take a proficiency test and do some role playing (sadly, this will be the totally un-kinky non-fun role playing) to get the job.
what do I need to know? Is it not a good place to work?

The proficiency test is easy. The role playing is rather fun. Know how to subtract with borrowing. Also, fact vs. opinion. Those are two things you have to role play tutoring specific age groups. It's not a terrible place to work for tutors. Your regionals and such will be different as you're the East Zone and we're the West. Right now is a terrible time to ask me what I think of my place of gainful employ because I'm weighing the pros and cons of having a friend with no morals and the ability to keep a secret "take care of" the building for me.
