Still going after a week of missing a couple of workouts and a few "if-y" days of eating. But hey - still lost 3 pounds! Mon-Fri (evenings): at least 2 nights a week 45 minutes hard cardio, 25 minutes abs and 20 minutes weights
Sat-Sun: 45 minutes hard cardio, 45 minutes abs and 45 minutes full circuit weights

Unless the cardio is kung fu, I get bored and wander off.
And I still have trouble believing weights is *real* excersize.
