Skinny jeans and skinny pants...

Still going after a week of missing a couple of workouts and a few "if-y" days of eating. But hey - still lost 3 pounds! I am officially past two thirds of the way to overall goal weight in only 21 weeks. I weigh less then I did in 1995. My waist size (36-inch pants) is the same as in 1992. Mon-Fri (days): at least 4 days a week at lunch time 45 minutes hard cardio and 25 minutes abs

Mon-Fri (evenings): at least 2 nights a week 45 minutes hard cardio, 25 minutes abs and 20 minutes weights

Sat-Sun: 45 minutes hard cardio, 45 minutes abs and 45 minutes full circuit weights

Boy, I suck.
Unless the cardio is kung fu, I get bored and wander off.
And I still have trouble believing weights is *real* excersize.
