Why Late night work and anime just don't mix

I was the last one in my building last night (I think), it was 10.30pm when I left, it was dark and I had finished watching the last two episodes of Texhnolyze while I was waiting for my gels to run and stain. Not really a good combination as it left me feeling rather morose and depressed and gave me some weird dreams that I barely remember. Ah
