I'm down to 200 pounds as of today...

I haven't been 200 pounds since freshman year of high school, at least.

Well, firstly I dropped all pop for water... Pop is pretty much poison. Really, really tasty poison. All of it, not even just switching to diet, or juice, or anything else, just water.

I did a bunch of little things, too. I switched to wheat bread, started eating more salads than not, using fat free dressing, drink a bit of skim milk (instead of whole like I was...). A bunch of these little things really were not hard to switch over to, instead of trying one huge leap at a time.

I also started biking a lot once summer hit. Biking to me is a lot of fun and I get to see a lot of stuff I might otherwise miss, and now I'm doing close to 25 mile trips every time I go out (which is once, twice a week, again, nothing extremely huge).

But yeah, I think dropping pop was one of the biggest parts, especially to get the ball rolling. I lost 15 pounds in like two months just by doing that, then I started the other things, and it's been a decent decline since!
