Also adding more thoughts to this as I get them so I have a collective somewhere about it.

What about the need for organs? As terrible as this may sound, the giant influx of people being covered means there will be a new, more giant demand for organs and transplants, but absolutely no new source for them. Will people paying higher premiums have better access to them? I would not doubt it. Will people be getting them when it's not quite as necessary as someone who is laying on their death beds? Probably. Will the mandate eventually cross over and require you to be an organ donor as well? I wouldn't rule it out.

Also not to mention food and/or activity bans... we've already banned stuff like trans fats and smoking in public buildings, so will the implementation of a mandatory healthcare law ramp up these sorts of bans? Now that there is going to be a gigantic financial burden on insurance companies, will the government step in for their sake (again) and now start banning soda pop, fast food, smoking, skydiving, etc, to cut down on the cost of 'reckless' health claims? Again, I know this sounds absurd, but consider the two sources in control here...
