Response to reading, WernerBeard's piece was one of the most exhilarating things I've ever read. Everything is so vividly described, and at such a fast pace; it's like reading an action movie. Every once in a while, I waste some time on Free Rice. On my run today [3420 grains of rice this time, yay], I came across a curious juxtaposition of words immediately following each other: "secular", whose answer was "worldly", and "renascent"--"born again" [as in Christian]. WHY...why do I find it so hard to start things? Why am I constantly caught between a sea of procrastination, and desert of serene nonchalance?
