[If you listen, you can hear Asuka releasing a "fffff!" of air before he speaks!]
What else would it do? First it starts falling out of the sky, and then it goes below the horizon and suddenly the sky's gone the color of blood? Something's killing the sun--that's the only thing that makes sense!
Do people die the same way every time? Why would the sun die the same way every time? It makes so much fire because it's the source of heat and light! You have to get it from somewhere, you know. It makes sense that its death would be so dramatic.

[Notice that the man behind you is pushing buttons on his own comm? It takes him a little while to respond again because he has to translate the audio message into Italian text. And no, he's not going to tell you that he's right behind you because communicating this way is much more convenient for him. At least he can translate everything.]

Clearly not everyone--I've never heard of a sunset!
