And when I say soon, I mean a week later! >.>
So I was cleaning up my room, throwing away my sorely-missed calculus notes and history assignments, when I realized I could be doing something much less productive and much more entertaining. See, now I have a laptop in my room! A very old, decrepit, slow laptop, but one nonetheless. Since my computer decided to die peacefully in restart mode, I have to deal with this one. Meh, I can deal.
I'm also planning on going to visit NYU this wednesday, though I didn't sign up for it because I had issues and procrastinated, but since my friend said technically I dont have to sign up if I just go as a guest, I think I can still go. But my application fee will still be there, apparently, which should also be fine since I'm not exactly planning to go there >.>
But enough with my boring motions through daily life! LET'S GO LOOK AT TV SHOWS YO
First one I want to see like, super badly is Game of Thrones. So there I was, scrolling through shows on On Demand, when a preview of this little series came up. Obviously my interest was piqued (hello? a medieval fantasy also based somewhat loosely on the War of the Roses? THIS IS SO UP MY ALLEY) so I went around creepin. And funnily enough, fandomsecrets started talking about the series, which is when I realized there is quite a bit of nudity and fornication in the series, which is always interesting. And then I went to Barnes and Nobles and while buying a copy of Sense and Sensibility, I saw the Song of Ice and Fire series, which is what Game of Thrones is based off of. SO NOW THE WHOLE WORLD WANTS ME TO WATCH THIS, OBVIOUSLY, AND I AM VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO PEER PRESSURE. So I might go do a marathon with friends and be social, or I'll watch it myself because I am FOREVER ALONE. whatever, man
Second one I want to watch is White Collar, because OMG NEIL CAFFREY. I forget the actor's name, but yeah. NEIL CAFFREY. I feel like this is enough of an explanation, but you know, that's just me. Of course, the story itself is pretty cute. FBI agent having to bring in one of the best con artists EVAR to crack some cases? That sounds awesome. And from the little I have seen, that one dude whos short and has all these weird little sayings is awesome. SO YEAH. TOTALLY ON MY LIST.It's a little intimidating, considering I have to get through 3 seasons' worth of shows, but what else do I have to do over the summer, do homework? Pfffff.
I might also look up on some anime, like D-Gray Man ( DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP, YOU KNOW I'M TALKING TO YOU) or 07-Ghost, though I'm not sure about that one because the animation looks nice but the story is meh. And also, I'm interested in that economics anime. I FORGET THE NAME DDDD:
Ugh, so you know that upcoming new show on USA called Suits? I want to watch it JUST BECAUSE OF THE SUITS but I would feel stupid and weird if I do. I really don't care for much of the law shows (Law and Order: SVU is different because it just is) but the previews look nice and the suits are awesome. So yeah. DILEMMA.
And there's this other fairly new show on CBS calles Chaos, and it's about this new guy in the CIA and it looks pretty interesting, especially since I watched one episode yesterday with my mom, and I am going to completely deny any claim that I am interested just because of the hot Scottish guy who's all adorable and snarky, THAT'S NOT IT OKAY. And it's pretty funny because the dad from That 70s Show is the boss in Chaos, and he's all srs bsns in it too, which is weird, but yeah.
YEAH, I'M GONNA STOP NOW
