You should read up on Shamanism. You can still apply it, even with already set beliefs... if I had some money, I'd send you a book.
Anyway, it's helpful and especially right now. So do it and always keep in mind that you're never alone, and I'm holding your hand even when you think no one on Earth remembers you.
