Note to self: Do not go off on tears around the house when a water bowl has been placed on tile in an unusual location.

Now off to wiping water off of the front door.

what is: to go off on tears? I am with the impression that I am missing some kind of cliche or something to that nature. Would you mind explaining it to me?

People often speak of cats going off on "tears" where they run around a place, at a really fast pace. It tends to look really chaotic to observers, and looks like it happens at random. I do the same thing, so I use the same term that people use in reference to what cats do.

seems like I should have known that, but Ive never heard it before. I know exactly what you mean though, I have alot of cats around here. One just had 5 kittens today under my bed. I'll take some pictures when I can get a hold of the digital camera.
