02. Star Wars. I still remember your shock when I told you years ago I hadn't see the original trilogy since '97. I knew then that your devotion to the trilogy outstripped mine.

2.) I can't even remember that conversation but it still feels me with shock to think that someone from out generation didn't ever watch Star Wars before the rerelease. It's like the Indiana Jones movies, the Princess Bride, the Dark Crystal, Labyrinth and a million other movies that are just so 80's that anyone that was born between 1975 to 1985 really ought to have seen it. Of course, my life and memories are so completely filled with Star Wars since it was the movie that I wanted to watch every day that I came home from school and I've watched it several times per year since, so maybe my opinion is askew. Still I don't follow the other movies that I mentioned with as much devotion but it would still fill me with shock if you've never seen them ( ... )

I love how you find all these hidden meanings in all the things I say. Just because I was curious about areas you were interested in relocating to doesn't mean I find moving to be a "foreign idea".

06. A cat. They enjoy lazing about. But they get unruly if you don't stratch them behind the ear every so often. Plus they occasionally make pleasing sounds when you least expect it.
07. How much of your day is devoted to fighting with those poor fools at Outpost Gallifrey.

Yeah, it was a good, passionate time, wasn't it? ;) I remember that so well too - I said something like "Just hold on a minute, I'll do it now"! I was quite the upstart when I was young and foolish... ;)

Nah, not that much. Maybe half an hour, total. I mostly let them keep to themselves and sit back and think to myself what poor fools they are. ;)

I gave up even posting on Outpost Gallifrey for much the same reason.
