Just finished The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which was witty and funny, but not quite as uproariously funny and ingeniously witty as I had been lead to expect. Which is not to say that I didn't enjoy it. To the contrary, I espescially loved the bit about Marvin causing a ship to commit suicide, thereby saving the lives of the principle ( Read more... )

Oh please. Trust me, my brains work very funny, and weird-ness is very eye-of-the-beholder.Plus, I never said I didn't like it, it just wasn't one of my very most favorite books of all time.

i greatly enjoyed H2G2. i am both weird and highly messed up. Good ol' Douglas writes almost exactly how i think.
