Writing Meme: Day Six

Day One: Write ten lines of dialogue between two characters who had drunken sex last night and are not talking about it. Ever.
Day Two: Write a scene in four sentences in which two characters bond over something that would seem trivial to a passerby.
Day Three: Write seven sentences from the perspective of a passerby witnessing Day Two's scene.

This is so beautiful and powerful! I especially love the ending sentence because I can understand that feeling of trying to find the one you love and just seeing them for the last time to make the moment perfect and less tragic.

BB, I would so read a full on story of these two. It would make me weep like crazy. You have the power of making me feel the story and just cry my eyes out.

Thank you! I do think that sometimes, when you know there is nothing you can do to stop something, having something to hold on to that makes it alright, makes you able to accept it after all, can be all you need.

Maybe one day I will. I have two stories half-written that needs to be finished, and one long one tumbling around in my read begging to be put on paper. But maybe one day I will attempt to write an end of the world fic.

That's Isshi talking to Asagi in legyvielsshadow's absolutely amazing The Immortal Series. I'd say it's from The Faerie King, the scene where they finally...well, you know. ;)

ah, don't be too flattered, it wasn't the story I associated this piece with but this particular sentence. Cause this seems like what Isshi's confession would look like when getting very physical/real *^^*

Trust me, I consider the fact you thought about any part of tht story a huge compliment! But yes, this does actually fit Isshi's description rather well! ^^
