They're anagrams. Switch places of the M and the L in melons, and it spells lemons. Took me a little while as well, LOL! <3

After a quick googling, yeah, I see where this comes from, the saying "if life gives you lemons, make lemonade"... I probably heard it once only, so I didn't really understand where it was coming from xD
