i just cut myself. i dont no why. i have sum broken glass and i just used that. i dont no why i am so frustrated. blood stoppin now but i cant believe i did it. i gave it. i hate myselkf for that. do it again i am tellin myself. i wana punish myself but i dont no wot 4. lifes too confusing, .... help?
