Tim, our landlord called yesterday to let us know that he's selling the building. Which could go either way. It could be ok, the person he sells it to might just want it as an investment. They might be a great person who will still fix things if anything goes wrong. Or, we could get a total asshole who won't do anything. That'll probably double
