Aaaahh fucking blood taking people can never find my veins 'cause apparently mine are "curved" or something?? So yeah that's definitely annoying! Hope you're okay though & don't have anything seriously wrong!

Not sure who you are but thanks for commenting. I've actually been doing research on the whole being paid or not issue. I just don't understand it all. I read about exempt salary and not exempt and I just don't know where I stand. I know that they can make us do overtime but it's the being paid part that confuses me. I make a little more than $23,600 a year. Does that mean I shouldn't be getting paid for the overtime? It's all so confusing, that's probably why they can get away with it..no one understands it. :(
Even if I should be getting paid, I'm sure there's nothing I could do about it now.

I would call the number on my last post. I know this: you cannot refuse to work the overtime. With all the work it sounds like you guys have, I believe they need you. They may not want you, but they need you.
I don't know how much you communicate with your higher-ups, but you should try to do as much as you can via email. Make sure you save any emails from them. If you communicate mostly face to face, as soon as the conversation is over, write some notes in case any question come up later.

Be strong and don’t get intimidated by them.
