If you smack/hit your kid hard enough that your neighbors hear it through the wall, you should be kick in the face with a steel tip boot that just stepped in dog crap. I've never hear the neighbors through the wall before tonight. I heard a loud bang, put my tv on mute saying "WHAT THE EFF WAS THAT?!" and hear this woman screaming at her kid

I think you should call 911 the next time it happens. It could save the kid's life. There's no excuse to treat any child... or anyone for that matter... like that.
