soo my sister made the observation today that mom has the tendency to snap more at me than she does at her or my brother

Actually most middle children get yelled at cause they're expected to live up to the oldest one and the youngest one is the baby of the fmaily. Thats just my observation.

My cousin Alex is the middle, and he gets yelled/snapped at the most as well...basically what Dee said. But I love you!!!
