This is what my mother said to an hysterical Molly after she lost Mom's cell phone at Homecoming:

"Molly, you're okay, I'm okay, Dad's okay, Kristen's okay, Emily's okay.  Everything else can be fixed."

Mothers are so wise.

Aww... How was her homecoming? Did she have a date?

She went with a bunch of friends. She had a great time, until she was getting ready to leave and realized she'd lost the phone. At which point she just fell apart. As she can be known to do.
