We heard lots of buzz about Papasito opening, so we thought we'd check it out. LITTLE DID WE KNOW. The full review is on Yelp. An excerpt:

I always give new restaurants a spot of time to get their act together. They had a huge crowd last night, and I doubt they have much in-house experience on their staff.

But if I do go, I'm ordering the shrimp!

I've worked in food service and my mother was a restaurant critic for a while. I have a lot of sympathy for people just starting out. As I said above, before the manager came over, we were planning to go back in a couple of months once they'd gotten their act together.

But after the manager was rudely dismissive of our suggestion for how to make life easier on the waiters and make the atmosphere more pleasant for the diners? Not so much.
