what does your father do? run some kind of factory?

my dad started his own business of making metal molds for rubber companies. He makes these mold that the rubber companies use to produce the rubber product. IF you look in an airplane there's this slightly rounded rectangle that frames the windows, my dad made a mold for that. Currently, He's working on a new helicopter for Boeing.
