Ino has, perhaps, fantasized about Lady once or twice, but never seriously. Vague ideas about laying Lady back and getting her to let go, and maybe some ideas about what she'd look like in different Iyaaaaan~ states.

So Ino may have considered the possibility of Lee's eagerness and energy before. And she may even have considered what it would be like to have competitive sex with him.

And she may have considered the possibility of a threesome with Sakura and Lee (and Sakura and Naruto) where the two of them got competitive for Sakura's attention, to see who gets the best I~yaan faces out of her.

But she would never admit to any of it.
