So tomorrow is Day on the Quad at Chico High. This is usually a day in which we have an extra long lunch so that groups around school can set up stands and advertise a cause or make a little money or whatever, and a band or two from the school usually plays. Short entry before school. Elsie had a stroke last night, she has to be put down while I'm at school. I've had this dog since I was four years old. This is like losing a child to me... Please be nice to me today.

Well, my favorite comedian (Mitch Hedberg) just died at the ripe young age of 37. It makes me so sad, he was so talented and had a huge career ahead of him. Wow.

I am so happy right now! My dad pulled out his violin today and is going to start playing again! For those of you who don't know, my dad plays (played) violin, starting in elementary school (back when Chico had a string program in the early sixties)and played up until when I was 1 or 2 years old, when he was too busy to play anymore.
