A change of cover for 'Hobbit to Hero'!

After several, at times frustrating, weeks dealing with the text editor, the final text of 'Hobbit to Hero' is at last set and heading to the printer on Monday. There have however been concerns all along that Ted's wonderful 'Thus Came Aragorn' made the book look too much like a children's story so there has been a last minute change of design.

That's a fascinating history of the photo... and you're so lucky to have it on your book, though I'm with you in that the fangirl in me is a little disappointed. LOL But at least we get Aragorn on the back cover. That's a nice compromise.

And most importantly: ALL THE MADDENING CORRECTIONS ARE FINISHED!!!!!!!!!

I think that's a nice balance - authoritive, but also celebrating the character with the painting on the back.

I would have been disappointed if the painting had disappeared completely so I'm more than happy with this. And only four weeks to go to actually see it!
