mmm happy 18th birthday to me :)

i didn't really realize the whole i'm-offically-an-adult thing until yesterday, when i got my first birthday card from my grandparents that didn't have a $50 bond in it.  as much as i make fun of them, i think i'm going to miss them.
in any case, i'll miss them because they're not there anymore...
