In that poster it looks like the militant is hiding behind the child...

That's exactly the point. The original poster didn't include the militant - it was just that mean old Israeli helicopter attacking the innocent teddy-bear wielding child standing all alone in a wide open space. My addition is there to remind people that the Hamas is using weapons slightly more destructive than stuffed toys, and it is they who are hiding behind a civilian population, not the Israeli army going after innocent children.

Come on, even ha'aretz is not pretending this anymore.

Oh, please. You're acting like there was no one fighting on the other side, except perhaps in self-defense. I'm not pretending the situation is one-sided in Israel's favour, don't pretend it's the other way around, like the original poster implies. It's slightly more complex than that.
