today was coc's adn everyone did really well from what i gathered. i pr'd in shot and that's about the only good thing i did. i love track but im glad what i have to do for it is done. since i wont be compeating in states, i doubt i will practice anymore, unless putnam happens soon, its just pointles. im sick of the fact that i suck horribly and

hey man, i know you dont like it when you receive compliments and stuff, but im gonna tell you this anyway... just last year i could throw shot the same distance as you and this year you are throwing much farther than i can + your ben, and every team needs a ben. i dont know why your depressed after meets but we're friends and if you want to talk about it, i'd like to listen. o yeah, and for some reason, i dont know why, im nervous about prom also.
