Q: Would you have brought Fred back if Angel hadn't ended with season 5?
JOSS WHEDON: Season six of Angel would have kicked all manner of ass. And Illyria would have manifested as Fred often enough to become very confused about her identity. And now I'm sad again.

8 years later and I'm still pissed this show didn't get renewed for a sixth season back in the day. *big sigh*

Me too, damn! I absolutely LOVED that show, it still is in my personal Top 10 of my fav shows of all time and well... Joss had still so many things to say and develope! The Illyria/Fred storyline would have been AWESOME. Sigh.
