Is Körperspannung something like body language - how someone expresses themselves with their physical presence and movement rather than merely with facial expressions?

The direct translation is body tension, but I mean something between body language and body tension. For myself it's this feeling after you worked out very hard and feel every muscle and when you move then you just know, where your body is and what your body does.

I don't think there is an English word/phrase that quite fits that - unless it is muscle memory....
Maybe we should invent something.

He is! On the show I first thought that he was a tad young but over the years he's grown, and in RL even more. He has this presence some actors have, it's incredible. (And that comes from someone who considers herself more a Jensen/ Dean girl)
