Don't get high before Thanksgiving dinner!

In seriousness, have you make the switch to whole-grain carbs? You will find them more filling.

The FEEL is the important part. Weight has its bearing, but if you keep your routine the weight will follow. The plan you've laid out for your mix of food sounds good. I would also try a couple of days out of the week for you to drink nothing but water. You'd be surprised how quickly you can cleanse the system when you don't drink carbonated beverages, juices or alcohol for a few days at a time. And Amy's right, a dose of fiber in the middle of your day will help fill you up and curb your cravings more. Trust me, I share a bed with a personal trainer who preaches these things all the time.

Keep us updated of the progress.

All in all, I have so much energy, it's hard to get to sleep, and I sort of miss being hungry. If I' ( ... )
